Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance with provider availability and geographic area.
- Prioritize and schedule urgent appointment requests promptly.
- Ensure that all messages are accurately completed and distributed appropriately.
- Manage a high-volume workload efficiently by prioritizing tasks to support prompt and courteous service.
- Update account information at the point of scheduling to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain provider daily appointment quotas to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Schedule new patients within 3-5 business days of initial contact.
- Manage and address voicemails daily, ensuring all inquiries are resolved appropriately.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Must have proven
- experience in a scheduling or administrative role, in a healthcare setting .
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.

- Handle insurance preauthorization processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and preauthorization is preferred.
- PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME, IN-OFFICE POSITION. Pay Rate: $19.00/hr #red
