Channel Account Manager, (Italy & Spain) - UK

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams
  • Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
  • Identify partner GTM &/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, marketing, etc. develop & launch offerings to point of incremental joint revenue achievement
  • Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners
  • Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel generated leads
  • Plan and execute on Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with the Strategic Partner group
  • Manage interviews and recruitment workflow
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must permanently reside in the UK (London).
  • Its core offering, KeeperPAM®, is an AI-enabled, cloud-native platform that protects all users, devices and infrastructure from cyber attacks.
  • Must be bilingual, native Italian with English fluency (both verbal and written), an additional multilingual language capability of Spanish is preferred but not required
  • Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Providing this information is optional and Keeper collects this data in order to comply with EEOC and similar requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience
