Responsibilities
- Define targeted customer segments, develop herbicide brand plan and strategy for effective product lifecycle management.
- Lead process of in-licensing business including ideation, development and registration if any, commercialization as new product introduction process (NPI) .
Requirements
- The Candidate: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Agronomy related is preferred. At least 5 years’
- experience in a broad range of commercial areas in Agricultural Industry. Working
- experience in Multi-national companies is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding to market dynamics and competitive environment.

- Herbicide Portfolio & In-Licensing Manager Position Summary: This position focuses on herbicide portfolio management from a marketing perspective, identifying external in-licensing opportunities and driving related initiatives to enable organization to achieve strategic objectives.
- Location: Shanghai (Jing An District) The Role: Develop and execute herbicide portfolio and in-license strategy and tactics to meet the short- and long-term business and financial target with effective cross functional communication.
