Responsibilities
- Build and manage timelines, resourcing, and budgets for campaigns and always-on initiatives, ensuring alignment with team and company goals
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of brand and social programs—from briefing through creative development, production, and launch—while ensuring quality and consistency
- Anticipate risks, identify blockers early, and drive proactive solutions to keep programs on track and stakeholders aligned
- Establish repeatable processes and best practices that enable the team to scale its impact globally
- Support key tentpole initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination and readiness across marketing, creative, and social teams
- Lead retrospectives and share learnings that inform future campaigns, helping the team continuously improve how we plan and deliver work

- experience managing complex creative, brand, or marketing programs — ideally at a creative agency or in-house brand team Demonstrated
- experience building integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels
- Demonstrated ability to navigate both the creative and operational sides of brand marketing — knowing when to lean into process and when to stay flexible Proven
- experience working with project management and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting or managing social-first campaigns or brand activations
- Familiarity with Figma's products or a passion for design and collaboration tools •
