Responsibilities

IMPROVE PLAN PERFORMANCE - Design and launch features that boost repayment rates, reduce drop-offs, and increase recovery of missed payments. - Use behavioral data and A/B testing to understand what drives plan success and implement interventions that support sustained repayment.
