Define and implement consistent measurement standards and reporting process, leveraging data to inform business decisions, and make recommendations for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs and carrying out necessary processes and practices to monitor progress and results
Collaborates with others to support use of visualization reporting tools to provide more effective decision-making and accountability at the service line level
Support relationships with key stakeholders to deliver solutions include resolving issues, answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation
Define key metrics for assessing the impact of ASO performance offerings on potential clients
Interpret data, analyze results, provide and improve ongoing reports on Looker
Develop and implement Big Query tables and Looker reports for internal and external use

experience leading a team of analysts in a fast-paced environment 5+ years of
Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams to quickly turn insights into actions
Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical results or issues to internal and/or external stakeholders •
Experience with online ads or mobile marketing
Expertise in data analytics and visualization and experimentation
Expertise in SQL; experience with Python or R •
Experience with data warehouses and big data technologies such as Looker Studio, Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query, Presto, Athena, Spark, DBT

This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager. Compensation
The starting base pay range for this position is: $108,000 - $135,000 USD per year .
Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location.
