Responsibilities
- Support continued scaling of the Product Engineering & Data organizations by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models in line with boarder Engineering organizational growth and productivity goals
- Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across PDE

- Strong background in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies
- Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.
Experience
- 8+ years in HR / People roles, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company

- You’ll also collaborate closely with PDE People Partners and other cross-functional partners across the People Team - including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations - to drive high-impact initiatives that support the holistic Engineering and PDE organizational goals.
- Partner with Product Engineering and Data Leadership to evolve performance and compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession strategies that drive business outcomes and accountability
- Embed as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders - including other Engineering and regional People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations - to drive and deliver high-impact people initiatives.
- If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
- For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.

- As a member of the Engineering People Partner team, you’ll be a key partner in helping the largest function at Figma mature and thrive during a dynamic and high growth phase.
- In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated People Partner to Figma’s Product Engineering and Data organizations, working closely with the VP, Engineering and VP, Data and their respective leadership teams.
