Responsibilities
- - Build and improve repeatable workflows, playbooks, templates, and approval pathways to improve deal velocity and reduce operational friction.
Requirements
- Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps.
- Our environment involves highly customized enterprise deals that require structured coordination, thoughtful contract management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across multiple stakeholders.
- experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Contracts Management, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software. -
- Experience supporting complex, negotiated enterprise deals involving customized commercial terms and contract workflows. - Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, enterprise procurement processes, and contract mechanics. -
- Experience coordinating cross-functional processes involving Sales, Finance, Legal, and security or compliance stakeholders. - Strong judgment, prioritization, and project management skills in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups. - A builder mindset, with a demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity and improve processes as you go.
- BONUS - Familiarity with Salesforce, PandaDoc (or other CPQ / Proposal platforms), QuickBooks (or other invoicing/accounting tools), and contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM). - Familiarity with Supplier portals like Coupa, SAP Ariba, and other enterprise procurement platforms. -
