Requirements
- Replit sits at the center of one of the most consequential shifts in technology: AI is rewriting how software gets built and who builds it.
- You'll own positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launches, and sales enablement across a dual go-to-market motion that includes both product-led growth and enterprise sales.
- You'll own the launch process end-to-end — from early roadmap integration with Product and Engineering through to the go-to-market execution that drives awareness, adoption, and revenue.
- The AI software creation landscape is crowded and moving fast.
- experience with at least 7 years leading product marketing teams at high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally in AI, infrastructure, or platform businesses - Deep
- experience working across both product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market motions — you understand the mechanics of user acquisition, self-serve conversion, and enterprise deal cycles, and how PMM drives impact across both - Exceptional positioning and messaging instincts — you've built frameworks that held up across complex, multi-persona audiences and translated into real commercial outcomes - Strong technical acumen — you can engage credibly with product and engineering leaders on topics like AI
- Experience at an AI or platform company where the product itself was changing how software gets built - Background in both B2C and B2B marketing — understanding how consumer brand momentum creates enterprise credibility -
- Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester) and shaping industry category narratives -
- Experience supporting field marketing programs and enterprise events with audience-specific messaging, content, and enablement -
- Experience building partner or co-marketing programs alongside technology partnerships - Familiarity with the AI software creation and agentic development landscape and its competitive dynamics - Personal
