Sales & Technical Manager

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through distribution partners by supporting activities that engage end ‑ users and deliver both commercial and technical value.
  • Execute the commercial strategy, monitoring performance and adapting plans to meet business objectives .
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Commercial, Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and seamless end ‑ to ‑ end execution.
  • M anage and develop strategic partnerships with key distribution accounts across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Requirements

  • The position requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to delivering value added solutions.
  • Build strong professional relationships and maintain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, crop challenges, and technical needs.
  • experience in sales, account management, technical support or commercial roles within the agricultural or related industry.
  • Strong relationship ‑ building and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and manage key accounts.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

  • Provide technical support to customers, including product guidance, technical discussions, and participation in field visits or demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
