Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the Build Engineering Reviews team.
- Conduct customer research and work directly with users to uncover opportunities and validate solutions.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- CoLab is the AI platform for driving stronger engineering decisions.
- Every design review in CoLab builds a knowledge repository of design feedback, decisions, and lessons learned - which AI agents draw from to flag issues on future designs before they compound.
- You do not need to come from a mechanical engineering background.
- You’ll need strong product judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to build trust with people who think deeply about technical systems and workflows every day.
- You’re an experienced B2B SaaS Product Manager who knows how to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and ship meaningful products in technical environments.
- What matters most is your ability to quickly build domain understanding, ask thoughtful questions, and work effectively with highly technical teams and customers.
- You know how to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical realities when making product decisions.
- Build deep understanding of mechanical engineering review workflows and customer pain points.
- experience in B2B SaaS environments. Proven
- experience working on technically complex software products.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to learn complex technical domains quickly and confidently.
- Experience working with enterprise customers is considered an asset. •
