- Compensation Details
- On-Target Earnings: $100,000 annually
- Base Salary: $70,000 annually

- Hightouch is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our founding Ad-Studio team to help build the outbound motion for Hightouch's creative platform for building, editing, and launching on-brand ads at the volume performance marketing requires.
- You'll be a key player in helping stand up a brand-new product motion; there's no established playbook here, so you'll be working directly with leadership to build the foundational processes, messaging, and strategies as we go.
- You will be outbounding to performance marketers, creative and brand teams, so we are looking for someone who is highly intelligent, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to connect with multiple audiences.
- Outreach directly into prospective customers who fit our ideal persona (performance marketing, growth, creative, and marketing ops leaders) via cold calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods
- Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts, tying messaging to real creative and campaign pain points (creative fatigue, slow production cycles, brand consistency at scale)
