  • WHAT YOU’LL DO - Third-Party & Owned Events: Plan and execute Sierra’s presence at third-party industry conferences as well as Sierra-owned and field events across EMEA, from concept through completion, ensuring each event reflects our brand and mission.

  • You’ve led high-impact B2B marketing programs in EMEA, with a strong track record of using events to drive enterprise pipeline and revenue. - Proven ability to plan, manage and execute exceptional events end-to-end - from executive dinners to large-scale conferences.
  • You can manage multiple programs across markets, timelines, and stakeholders without sacrificing quality and balancing the budget.. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Have a history of managing agency relationships.
  • Experience: Familiarity with creating and executing targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives and events designed specifically for enterprise customers and field marketing contexts, aligning closely with sales teams and strategic business objectives. - A proactive attitude: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners across multiple EMEA markets.
