- Mentor PMs and align engineering, data science, design, compliance, and operations around crisp plans.
Requirements
- You have taken a concept to v1 and then to product market fit. - Strength in go-to-market ownership.
- You are comfortable with customer calls and design partners. - Technical fluency with ML and AI products.
- experience with HRIS or ATS ecosystems, payroll platforms, or workforce compliance.
- A technical or quantitative degree is a plus.
