- What You'll Do: - Define Replit’s social strategy: Own and execute Replit's social voice, content pillars, and channel strategy across all social channels - Build the full social playbook: posting cadence, reply strategy, growth loops, meme formats, and distribution tactics — then keep iterating on what works - Lead critical brand narrative campaigns: execute launches and multi-week arcs (product, research, ecosystem, partnerships) with clear goals and measurable outputs - Community engagement: be in the
Requirements
- Social media is one of the most important channels in Replit's go-to-market motion - not just for brand awareness, but as a direct driver of user acquisition, product discovery, and community trust.
- You'll have creative latitude, working in close collaboration with GTM, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Design, and a ringside seat to one of the most interesting moments in software history.
- This is the right role if you've scaled social from the ground up before, you live on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and X, and you're energized by the challenge of building something durable, not just going viral.
- experience at a high-growth B2C or beloved consumer tech company, with a clear track record of growing accounts from early stage - Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast with imperfect information — you don't need a 10-slide deck to get started - AI-native with a demonstrated track record of growing accounts (personal or brand) in the AI or consumer space; you have a portfolio we can actually see that demonstrate your voice, your instincts, and your results - Elite copywriting: concise, witty,
- You understand that a single word can make or break a post. - Deep platform fluency across X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit — including organic growth tactics, not just paid - Strong narrative instincts: you know how to find the angle that makes people stop scrolling, and how to build on it over time - Genuine curiosity about agentic AI tools and hands-on
