Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• campaign-specific activation models - Recruit and manage a creator roster: identify, vet, and cultivate ongoing relationships with creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms — from nano to top-tier - Content collaboration: brief creators effectively, review content for accuracy and brand alignment, and build feedback loops that improve creator output over time - Cross-functional coordination: work across marketing, comms, product, sales, and legal to move fast while ensuring

• ABOUT THE ROLE Influencer and creator marketing is one of the most important channels in Replit's go-to-market motion - not just for brand awareness, but as a direct driver of user acquisition, product discovery, and community trust.
• You'll have creative latitude, working in close collaboration with GTM, Product, Product Marketing, and Design, and a ringside seat to one of the most interesting moments in software history.
• This is the right role if you've scaled an influencer program before, you have deep relationships in the creator and AI space, and you're energized by building something durable — not just one-off activations.
• experience at a high-growth B2C or beloved consumer tech company, with a clear track record of building programs that drove measurable business results - Existing relationships with creators, influencers, or community leaders in the AI, developer, or consumer tech space - Deep platform fluency across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn — you understand what works organically on each and how creator content differs from brand content - Strong negotiation and partnership instincts: you've
