Product Marketing Manager - Kikoff

Responsibilities

  • Positioning and messaging. Develop sharp, customer-first messaging for Kikoff's core product. Run experiments to test and optimize how we communicate our value proposition across key surfaces.
  • Own Kikoff's marketing landing pages — keeping them sharp, on-message, and continuously improving.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on messaging, copy, and page elements to optimize conversion.
  • Define success metrics, analyze results, and share learnings with the broader team. Customer research.
  • Conduct interviews, analyze support data, run surveys, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into clear insights that inform positioning and product decisions.
  • Own GTM plans for new features and products — from messaging and positioning to launch coordination and post-launch measurement.
  • Competitive and market intelligence. Stay close to the competitive landscape. Maintain positioning frameworks and competitive cheat sheets that help product and growth teams make better decisions.
