  • We are looking for an exceptional AI Communications & Operations Intern to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you will be involved in working at the intersection of AI tools, internal communications, and program operations inside a fast-moving enterprise software company.
  • As well as support the design of how AI supports content maintenance and management.
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to transform and polish our communications and documentation strategy •
  • Currently pursuing a degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field • Hands-on
  • experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar in a practical context •
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
  • Proactive mentality, with the ability to see the big picture and make recommendations on how to improve the details and gaps in between •
