- We’re looking for a Director of Product to help define how the world’s largest organizations adopt AI-powered enterprise workflows across design, product development, and software creation.
- This role sits at the intersection of enterprise product strategy, AI innovation, customer partnership, and go-to-market leadership.
- This role owns admin experiences, file browser and search, permissions, and AI governance tooling
- Work directly with large enterprise customers to understand evolving AI needs around security, permissions, governance, compliance, and organizational workflows
- Help shape how AI transforms collaboration between designers, PMs, engineers, and broader product teams
- experience leading and developing Product ICs and Managers in an enterprise SaaS environment through mentorship and organizational leadership
- Strong understanding of AI product strategy, AI-powered workflows, and developer/design tooling ecosystems, coupled with deep curiosity about how AI transforms team collaboration
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and executive leadership
- experience working on AI-powered collaboration, creativity, or productivity tools

- Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for our Enterprise users.
- If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
- For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
