Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP •
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Proficiency in Ramp or other bill pay systems
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc) •
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to support day-to-day tasks
- Must have the ability to manage high transaction volume accurately
- Built on over two decades of cybersecurity experience, our team of experts understands the intricacies of vulnerabilities, their exploitation in the wild, and how to leverage this data to build more effective cybersecurity products that produce better outcomes for organizations.
- We have a sense of duty to protect the critical infrastructure we rely on including medical devices, power grids and telecommunication networks.
Experience
- 3 - 5 years of accounting experience, with meaningful exposure to SaaS or tech industry

- We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our Controller with the day-to-day financial operations of a growing SaaS company.
- You'll assist with core accounting functions — from Accounts Payable/Receivable to month-end close — and help ensure our books remain accurate as we scale.
- This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean books, thrives on routine, and wants to grow within a finance team at a tech company.
- This is a 100% remote role with preference for candidates based in either Portland, Boston, or Austin. What You'll Do:
