Responsibilities
- - Drive end-to-end program management for performance and talent cycles, including timelines, milestones, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and operational follow-through.
- - Lead calibration operations and coordination across the company, helping drive consistency, alignment, fairness, and high performance standards.
- - Create lightweight but high-impact frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes that improve consistency, execution, and manager effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate is equally comfortable program managing complex cross-functional initiatives, building lightweight but high-impact systems and content, partnering with PBPs and executives, and leveraging AI and automation to rethink how modern People teams operate.
