Responsibilities
- Build GTM infrastructure.
- Set up and optimize workflows across our marketing and sales stack (HubSpot, Clay, analytics tools).
- Own data and attribution.
- Automate everything possible.
- Identify manual processes across GTM and build automations that eliminate them.
- Design and execute systematic tests across channels, audiences, and messaging.
- Support paid and organic channels.

- As a Go-to-Market Engineer Intern, you sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology.
- You'll build the systems, automations, and infrastructure that make our GTM machine run: marketing ops, CRM workflows, data pipelines, attribution, and AI-powered growth experiments.
- Bring a data-first mindset to every experiment. 5. Work with AI tools.
- Use LLMs and AI-powered tools to scale content personalization, lead research, outbound sequences, and competitive intelligence. 6.
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Non-negotiables: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on
- experience - Technical aptitude: you're comfortable with spreadsheets, basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL), APIs, and learning new tools fast - Data-driven mindset.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay) - Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) - Basic web development skills (HTML/CSS, landing page builders) -
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools - Interest in AI/ML and how it applies to marketing and sales MINDSET - You're a builder.
