Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through expansion 2.
Run world-class onboarding — use case mapping, stakeholder training, and first-project coaching 3.
Drive adoption across the client organization — activate individual users and create internal champions 4.
Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders at the VP/SVP level 5.
Generate advocacy — testimonials, references, and introductions to peers at other companies 7.
