- As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you’ll work directly with customers to design and deploy agentic, AI-powered workflows that transform how businesses operate.

- WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows in production - environments.
- - Partner directly with customers to translate business problems into scalable AI and RPA solutions.
- experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and production AI systems. -
- experience managing technical risks, timelines, tradeoffs, and - stakeholder expectations. - Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to reusable assets, technical standards, and - delivery best practices. - Travel: ~20–30% to customer sites.
- Strong Preference: - PhD or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field. -
- Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration systems, or distributed systems. - Familiarity with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc. - Background in applied AI, machine learning, or automation platforms (UiPath, RPA, workflow engines). -
- Experience in startup, consulting, or forward-deployed environments. -
- Experience with prompt management, LLM evaluation, agent observability, and production support practices. - Familiarity with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness requirements. -
- Experience presenting technical recommendations to senior customer stakeholders or executives. -
Experience
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 5–8+ years of software engineering experience, including applied or customer-facing - work. - Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript. - Hands-on
