Requirements
- The Candidate (requirements) BSc. or MSc in agriculture.
- MBA in Marketing is desirable 7-8 years of relevant
- experience in Sales and Marketing in Agrochemical/Crop protection Industry
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience in handling team Good consumer and market insights Through knowledge of crop & Pest Dynamics Good knowledge of MS Office Etc Language preference – Marathi, Hindi Ability to work with and through other teams/functions ie Sales, Marketing, R&D and Finance Very good understanding of customer CTQs and knowledge of Sugarcane, Grapes and Pomegranate.
- Creative mind and analytical skills Ability to relate to different audiences internal and external including Distributors, Farmers and Technical community.
