We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help Webflow scale our go-to-market systems with care, precision, and craft.
In this role, you'll keep our Salesforce and CPQ environment healthy, supported, and ready to grow as our business does.
You'll join a team of five: a mix of architects, developers and admins who support Webflow's GTM systems end to end.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll:
Use AI to accelerate admin work, from drafting documentation and validation rule logic to triaging requests and identifying automation opportunities
Triage and resolve incoming Salesforce requests with clear communication and quick follow-through
Serve as scrum master as part of the team's regular rotation, facilitating ceremonies, unblocking the team, and keeping work moving sprint over sprint. About you: Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, approval processes) •
Experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or other GTM teams
experience in an agile/scrum environment, with comfort participating in sprint ceremonies and managing work through a ticketing system (Jira, Asana, or similar)

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets.
We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
Zone A: $125,000 - $150,000
Zone B: $118,000 - $142,000
Zone C: $110,000 - $132,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program.
Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level.
