Responsibilities
- SALES PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS - Track and analyse sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline data to make informed decisions. - Prepare regular sales reports for management review, working with the SD. - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- SALES PROCESS IMPROVEMENT - Continuously assess and optimise the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement best practices and sales tools to support the sales team. - Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Demonstrations - Networking - Managing - Networks - Lead Generation ROLE DESCRIPTION - Sitting 3 SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) per week. - Generating 3 sales per month. - Working closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) to maximize SQL generation. - Lead generation - Collaborating with the Sales Director (SD) for the conversion of SQLs into bookings. - Reporting key Metrics and KPIs to the Sales Director.
- experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel as needed.
