Requirements

  • Asana Marketing is hiring a Product Marketing Director to own the GTM strategy for our new product, Command by Asana.
  • experience selling to developers and engineering leaders, who has navigated both PLG and SLG motions, and is technical enough to communicate with depth and credibility.
  • Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
  • experience in product marketing within the B2B tech space (SaaS experience preferred). •
  • Strategic Growth Mindset: Proven track record of scaling products from "1 to 10" and "10 to 100," with a deep understanding of both PLG and SLG motions. •
  • experience partnering with Product teams to align roadmaps with market needs and customer pain points. •
  • AI & Tech Curiosity: Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. What we’ll offer

  • This strategic, high-growth role is focused on rapidly scaling products from initial traction to mass adoption.
  • You will operate at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution, working with Product to launch new features, arming Sales with the tools to win deals, and collaborating with partners to generate market momentum.
  • This role is based in our San Francisco, New York or Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
  • The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
