Responsibilities

Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates before requisitions open.
Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess interest, fit, and availability — delivering well-qualified, well-briefed candidates to the recruiting team.
Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slate to continuously improve approach and effectiveness.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, talent databases, professional communities, and creative sourcing techniques.
Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Lusha, Apollo, GitHub, and other talent intelligence tools.
Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates with personalized, compelling outreach — strong written communication skills are essential.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track pipeline metrics, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and pivot strategies based on results.
Experience supporting diversity sourcing initiatives and a genuine commitment to building inclusive candidate pipelines. What Else?

3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported EMEA hiring across multiple countries and functions.
