Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support external audits and financial reviews, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Maintain accurate books and records, including reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and compliance processes.
- Oversee cash flow monitoring and liquidity management.
- Support treasury-related initiatives to enhance capital planning and efficiency.
- Support regulatory readiness through strong financial governance and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and automation.
- Collaborate with international finance teams to drive consistency and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional financial projects supporting strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Experience &
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, including
- experience in a regulated financial services environment (payments, banking, fintech, or digital assets).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance. •
- Experience supporting audits and preparing financial statements.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with finance systems such as Coupa, FloQast, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience in digital assets or crypto.
- Background in high-growth fintech or technology companies.
