Responsibilities
- Define and own Postman’s marketing technology ecosystem . You will:
- Develop and implement the roadmap for Postman’s martech stack, including automation platforms, enrichment tools, campaign systems, and lifecycle infrastructure
- Ensure reliable and scalable integration between marketing systems, CRM platforms, and the broader GTM technology ecosystem
- Evaluate and optimize the current stack, making decisions on consolidation, new investments, and vendor partnerships
- Build the operational platform that allows marketing teams to execute at scale. Your team will:
- Enable global campaign launches across developer marketing, product marketing, and demand generation
- Design scalable campaign workflows, segmentation frameworks, and lifecycle automation
- Own lead management, enrichment, and marketing data capture
- Ensure marketing teams can focus on strategy while your team powers execution Marketing Data & Measurement Infrastructure
- Create the operational foundation for marketing insight. You will:
- Build the systems and data capture frameworks that enable clear visibility into pipeline generation, campaign performance, and lifecycle engagement
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing Analytics teams to ensure web, lifecycle, and campaign data capture supports advanced analysis AI, Automation & Lifecycle Innovation
- Identify opportunities to deploy automation and AI across marketing workflows . This includes:
- lead scoring and segmentation frameworks
- Oversee Postman’s Marketing Creative team , responsible for brand execution and creative production.
- A track record of building high-performing operational teams
