- Could that be you? Location: Warsaw, hybrid (approx. [2-3] days per week on site) | 30-40h/week Contract: mandate agreement (umowa zlecenia), 3 months, August to October 2026 | 2 openings YOUR MISSION UiPath builds the platform where AI agents reason, robots act, and people lead.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Design and build demos, agents, and automations for AI-powered and agentic scenarios, together with the synthetic datasets behind them.
- - Test integrations with external AI agent frameworks, on-premises LLMs, and coded agents and apps, documenting what works and what breaks.
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM You do not need to know UiPath.
- A feel for sales and marketing helps, but this is still a technical role. - Real interest in agentic AI in its enterprise form: low-code, governed, secure, stable, not just weekend prompt experiments. - Ownership.
- You have to be able to read, write and speak fluently in both Polish and English WHAT YOU WILL GAIN - Work that is genuinely used: your demos go to enterprise customers and international events. - Mentorship from experienced Solution Engineers and a close look at how enterprise deals are won. - A first look at features the market has not seen yet, and room to decide how they are shown. - Hands-on depth in agentic AI, IDP, and automation, plus exposure to the international UiPath team.

- How to prompt an agent so it behaves the same way twice.
- When a process should reason and when it should simply run.
- Which architecture still holds up in front of a customer.
- - Get early access to staging features before they reach the market, test them, and invent your own use cases to showcase what they can do.
- - Consolidate scattered demos and PoCs into a reusable library: spec, deck, short video, clear narrative.
