  • Content Design leadership: Build and mature the Content Design function, including UX writing, information architecture, in-product guidance, naming conventions, terminology governance, and content standards.
  • Operational discipline: Create practical rituals for design reviews, pattern intake, content review, critique, intern feedback, documentation, design QA, and cross-team decision-making.
  • Content Design foundation: Clear standards for product language, in-app guidance, naming, taxonomy, and information architecture.
  • Experience scaling design systems from visual consistency toward interaction, content, accessibility, telemetry, and AI-ready pattern libraries.

  • Strong portfolios will demonstrate strategic product influence, complex system design, cross-product patterns, mentoring or design quality leadership, research-informed decisions, shipped enterprise or SaaS work, measurable product and customer impact, and the ability to shape direction across teams.
  • A specific degree, school, or credential is not required unless required by company policy. Preferred
