  • Design and ship end-to-end experiences that help organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma's products, as part of the Content Management Systems team
  • Prototype early and often to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate nuanced interaction and technical decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers throughout the product development process
  • Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals

  • Demonstrated ability to move fast, forming a point of view, testing it, and adjusting course without waiting for complete information
  • Experience building and shipping software through coding, AI-assisted development, or other technical approaches
  • Familiarity designing developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or other highly technical product experiences
  • Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.
