Responsibilities
- Build interfaces that feel fast, considered, and modern — the kind people screenshot.
- Design instinct without a designer: You can stare at a blank Figma and still produce a UI that is tasteful, consistent, and on-brand.
Requirements
- LIFE AT UIPATH The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works.
- - Operate AI-forward and hands-on: use modern AI tools to design, prototype, and ship faster than teams twice your size.
- At UiPath we are enabling enterprises to transform via Business Orchestration and modernize how they operate their core business processes.
- Delightful UI/UX: Obsess over motion, hierarchy, typography, whitespace, and micro-interactions.
- AI-Native Development: Move beyond "AI-assisted" to "AI-native." Use Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Figma-to-code, and agentic tools as a daily force multiplier across design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
- Full-Stack Range: Build the APIs, data contracts, and services behind your UI when you need them.
- Modern frontend mastery: TypeScript, React (or equivalent), component architecture, state management, performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle discipline, rendering modes), accessibility (WCAG), and the tooling ecosystem around them.
- Backend comfort: You can design an API, write the service, model the data, and wire up auth without waiting for help — Node, Go, Python, or similar.
- AI-forward practice: A daily loop of pairing with AI coding tools, prompt-level fluency, and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates vs. slows you down.
- - Defined how AI tooling is woven into the team's daily development loop, with measurable impact on cycle time.
Experience
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM Proven builder track record: 7+ years shipping production web applications with deep ownership of the frontend.
