Responsibilities
- Execute regional marketing plans tailored to the German market
- Drive pipeline creation and early- to mid-funnel engagement
- Ensure strong localization of messaging and programs Integrated Campaign Execution (Field + Digital + ABM)
- Execute integrated programs across:
- Ensure campaigns are adapted for local relevance and effectiveness Sales Partnership & Account Engagement
- Align marketing efforts with sales priorities and territory plans Events & Field Programs
- Execute field programs including:
- Track performance against pipeline KPIs
- Optimize programs based on outcomes and insights
- Ensure visibility into Germany’s contribution to regional pipeline About You Experience
Requirements
- Experience in the German market preferred
- Proven ability to execute localized campaigns Skills & Approach
Experience
- 5–8+ years in field or regional marketing in B2B SaaS •
