Responsibilities

Create demand of the product in their territory with aim of maximizing profit The Role (daily responsibilities):
Devise and implement product strategies for filling the identified market gaps to drive consistent sales
Estimate and give the requirement of territory wise MC & Sample requirement for the year needed to sell and liquidate his annual target
Monitor the competition in the Territory with respect to their products, customer centric activities and buying trends The Candidate (requirements): Self-motivated and driven by sales targets Resilience Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written Ability to influence and negotiate with others Team Management skills Commercial awareness IT Skills BSc Agriculture /MSc Agriculture/ BSc (chemistry preferably)/ MSc Proficiency in local language mandatory and English Language preferred FMC is
