Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for CoLab’s AutoReview capabilities
- Identify high-value opportunities for automation and AI-assisted decision making within engineering reviews
- Conduct deep customer research to understand workflow pain points, trust barriers, and adoption patterns Define product
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to support launches, positioning, and customer adoption
- Drive clarity and momentum in highly ambiguous problem spaces
Requirements
- CoLab is the AI platform for driving stronger engineering decisions.
- Every design review in CoLab builds a knowledge repository of design feedback, decisions, and lessons learned - which AI agents draw from to flag issues on future designs before they compound.
- We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the most ambitious bets at CoLab: building AI-powered review systems that help engineering teams identify issues before they become expensive downstream problems.
- You’ll be operating at the intersection of AI, engineering workflows, enterprise trust, and product usability.
- The hard part isn’t simply building AI features — it’s building products technical teams actually trust enough to use in high-stakes environments.
- You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, ML/AI teams, and customers to determine how to create tools that deliver real customer value.
- You know how to navigate ambiguity without creating chaos.
- experience building technical B2B SaaS products, especially products involving AI-assisted workflows, automation, recommendations, or decision support systems.
- You treat AI as a branding exercise instead of a product problem
- Partner closely with AI/ML Teams, Engineering, and Design to define and ship intelligent workflow experiences
- Help shape CoLab’s long-term AI product strategy

- Experience building AI-enabled, workflow automation, or recommendation-driven products is required.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered enterprise products
- Experience working closely with highly technical Engineering teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Experience working on trust-sensitive systems where accuracy and explainability matter

- This team owns AutoReview — the capabilities that proactively surface risks, patterns, missing context, and engineering concerns across complex design workflows.
- It’s to help them make better decisions, faster, using the collective knowledge generated across every review inside CoLab.
- Some weeks you’ll be deep in workflow discovery with customers.
- Other weeks you’ll be making prioritization calls across model capabilities, UX tradeoffs, and platform constraints.
