Responsibilities
- - Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value engagements for Retail and Manufacturing prospects and customers.
- - Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done today, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked.

- WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - Industry domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or related verticals.
- - Understanding of common Retail and Manufacturing business processes, such as order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoice processing, production planning, quality management, customer support, workforce operations, and back-office automation.
- - An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions. - Demonstrated
- experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to both technical and business audiences. - Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles, Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices. - Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers. - Curiosity to learn and master your craft. - Coachable and willing to adapt in a changing environment. -
- Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprises and solving business problems with technology. - A background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operations transformation, or running automation programs. - Depending on
