Responsibilities
- Coach your team on prospecting and campaign development through 1:1s, call reviews, email coaching, and other formats as needed
- Monitor and report on the team’s performance against input and output metrics
- Support the sales leadership in defining the team’s operating model, targets, and headcount needs

- experience leading a sales development function in B2B SaaS focused on outbound opportunities
- Proven track record of team quota attainment.
- Experience supporting teams working across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
- Experience using sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Previous closing
