Responsibilities
- Strategic Customer Leadership > Serve as the primary strategic advisor for Advertising & Marketing customers, aligning Sprinklr capabilities to business goals. > Drive executive stakeholder engagement , including QBRs, value storytelling, and ROI discussions. > Build and execute Value Realisation Plans (VRPs) aligned to customer KPIs (campaign performance, ROAS, engagement, etc.). > Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, and expansion . 2.
- Client Relationship Management > Build and nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders and agency partners. > Act as the day-to-day strategic partner , influencing marketing decisions and roadmap priorities. > Manage complex stakeholder environments, including global and cross-functional teams. 5.
- Delivery Excellence & Operations > Oversee end-to-end Managed Services delivery for Ads accounts: Weekly reporting and insights Campaign performance reviews Issue triage and resolution > Ensure adherence to operational hygiene, governance, and SLAs . > Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of activities and progress. 6.
- Leadership & Mentorship > Mentor and coach junior consultants , improving their client handling and product expertise . > Drive quality assurance and best practice standardisation within the pod/team. > Act as a point of escalation for complex client and delivery challenges. 7.
- Cross-functional Collaboration > Collaborate with: Success Managers Account Executives Solutions Consultants Product & Support teams > Ensure alignment between business objectives , platform capabilities, and delivery execution .
- Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.
