experience across financial operations, accounting, audit, or financial control - Implemented and optimised financial systems and controls to bring structure and scalability to a startup - Accounting, reporting, financial control, compliance, AR/AP management, audit, and ERP systems - Owned monthly close with external auditors - Model mastery: three-statement, hiring plan, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc models - Has seen at least 1 ERP implementation/migration - Leadership experience, having led a team of

Experience with multi-entity consolidation - Managed financial operations for a startup before (accounting, ERP systems, AR/AP management, compliance) -

As VP of Finance, you will be the full owner and architect of Conveo’s finance function — owning end-to-end responsibility for converting Conveo's finance function into a bulletproof and scalable operation with necessary controls to scale through Series B and beyond.

Through this role, you'll be the strategic designer, owner, and guardian of Conveo’s financials, be a core part of our leadership and work with the founders across all divisions, and drive the discussions for every significant call on capital, revenue and expenses, hiring, and growth.
