Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex issues and guide customers through vulnerability management and compliance tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Customer Advocacy teams to deliver exceptional support.
- Grow your skills working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology in diverse environments.
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent experience Must have
- experience in networking and both Linux & Windows OS
- Knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity concepts Customer support
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Columbia, MD •
- Experience with tools like Nessus, SIEMs, virtualization, SQL, or scripting is a plus
