Deep knowledge of house calls or hospice service delivery models and market dynamics (ideal).
Understanding of hospice, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care growth processes and referral patterns.
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement for home-based services.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations affecting hospice or home-based medical practices and provider operations. •
Experience with senior living communities, continuing care retirement communities, and post-acute care facilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred

Ennoble Care is seeking experienced Regional Growth Directors to lead our House Calls and/or Hospice Growth Teams (community liaisons) in our different regional markets.
This leadership role focuses on managing and developing our liaison teams, building strategic relationships in regional, enterprise, and referral growth, and driving data-driven growth performance through robust reporting and analytics.
The successful candidate will recruit, train, and manage growth team members (liaisons) to expand our market presence and drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
