Requirements

- Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience - ~2–5 years of
- experience in a customer-facing, technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or similar) -
- Experience working with APIs, data analysis, or technical integrations (basic familiarity is sufficient; depth will be developed in-role) - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences - Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders, including external partners - Familiarity with tools or concepts such as REST APIs, SQL, or data analysis is helpful but not required - Excited by the challenges of a fast-paced,
- Experience supporting SaaS implementations or onboarding processes -
