- experience in lending operations, mortgage technology, or financial services customer-facing roles (sales, CS, implementation, or advisory) - Deep fluency in lending vocabulary comfortable discussing LOS workflows, application intake, QC processes, and the roles of underwriters, processors, and closing teams - Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery and translate findings into a compelling solution narrative -
