Sr. Director, Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Identify key areas and opportunities for a continuous Visa business growth.
- Ensure constant Visa share growth and or protect Visa exclusive position.
- Execute aggressive sales strategies aimed at increasing Visa revenue through generating opportunities and initiatives around Visa Core Products and Value-added Services, as well as identifying & executing business opportunities in New Payment Flows.
- Establish a solid foundation for Visa Net revenue sustainable growth with key clients.
- Develop, lead and execute Account Plans.
- Ensure that all necessary implementation plans are in place with sufficient lead time and have business case and justification for the required spend.
- Establish and manage a world class account team (matrix) and organize it as a cohesive entity to pursue a range of business opportunities over the short and long term.
- Align the efforts of various business units internally to successfully deliver the opportunities and initiatives with key clients as One Team One Visa.
- Analyze and carefully monitor on an ongoing basis market trends, activities and competitor actions to enable the account team to develop and implement preemptive strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies with key clients and contribute to developing and responding to these so that Visa’s market state within Kuwait is enhanced.
- Monitor compliance to mandates, service levels and propose appropriate actions to Management where necessary.
- Ensure integrity of client records by regular review and update in Visa CRM system.
- Display and exercise business leadership practices within the company.
- Make decisions that optimize organizational performance.
Requirements
- experience with related sales and management
- experience in the payments industry or similar
- experience in consulting College degree required; MBA preferred Strong knowledge of payment products Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing a complex, competitive sales effort Proven ability to create strategic solutions (product and business development, marketing, and or technology solutions) and implement them to drive top line results Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the
