Talent Acquisition Specialist, Generalist

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage 10+ active requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and the use of various recruiting tools.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Collaborate closely with our Human Resources team during the offer and onboarding process.

- QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of
- experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry; or High School Diploma with 7 years of
- experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry. Minimum 1 year of
- experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency or high-volume corporate recruiting environment with a focus on roles in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology industries.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an ATS system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.). Demonstrated
- experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, etc. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S.
- Experience supporting a high-growth company.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data drives decision-making. Demonstrated
- experience managing various funnels, functions, and levels of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL
- Campus recruiting, career fairs, etc. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
