Responsibilities

Essential Functions: Administrative & Project Support Coordinate and track multiple HR projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor relations activities Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite Manage data in HRIS systems and create analysis using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials for labor-management discussions Organize and maintain

Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Exercises independent discretion and judgment as required to achieve desired outcomes.
Strong attention to quality, process detail and the use of standard Microsoft office tools including Excel (Vlookups, and pivot tables).
Experience with managing timely deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Experience in managing multiple projects Ability to influence and problem solve in the areas of compensation, employee and labor relations, talent assessment, performance management, talent acquisition and employee relations.
