Requirements
- qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Three (3) combined years of
- experience in human resources, administrative support, and/or clerical role in a private, public, government or military environment Additional
- qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Possess expertise or education equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Experience using HR systems, including Workday Advanced
- experience in the HR function Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information Ability and willingness to resolve employee issues and exercise judgement to elevate when necessary Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work in Menomonie, WI.
